Angela Migally, Esq.
Angela Migally joined the Salama bint Hamdan Al Nahyan Foundation as General Counsel in 2013. In addition to serving as Counsel, Ms. Migally also works extensively with the Foundation’s Emerging Artists Fellowship.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Migally was Deputy Director of the Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Scholars Program at NYU Abu Dhabi, a leadership program for top Emirati university students. Ms. Migally also taught a class on US Constitutional Law with NYU President John Sexton.
Before coming to Abu Dhabi, Ms. Migally was a Constitutional litigator at the Brennan Center for Justice at the New York University School of Law. There she represented government agencies in defending the constitutionality of various anti-corruption laws.
Before joining the Brennan Center, Ms. Migally was an associate with the Law Firm of Omar T. Mohammedi, LLC where she represented Arab-American and Muslim-Americans in several post-9/11 civil rights matters. She was an associate at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed’s Wall Street office in its complex litigation practice. Ms. Migally also served as a clerk for the Honorable Walter Herbert Rice of the United States District Court of Southern Ohio.
Ms. Migally received a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Oberlin College.
