The vision of the Foundation is for Abu Dhabi to have a coordinated system of services and resources to support holistic child and family well-being of all citizens and residents, including a high-quality and integrated array of interventions in the healthy, early care and education, child protection, and family support sectors.

The Foundation’s mission is to contribute to the creation of a strong and sustainable field of Early Childhood Development in the UAE by exposing policy makers, professionals, and the public to the fundamental concepts, knowledge, and practices that promote optimal child development.
